My work moves through the body's energy -- the field where physical patterns, emotional memory, and soul speak the same language. Each session is different, because you are different each time you arrive. What stays constant is the quality of presence I bring, and the deep listening that guides us.

In a session we might work with the subtle rhythms of the body through craniosacral therapy, travel inward through shamanic journeying or soul retrieval, clear old patterns held in the nervous system and energy field, or use gentle breathwork to help the body release what it's been carrying. Sometimes the most important thing is simply creating space for a part of you to finally be heard.

This is somatic, energetic, and ceremonial work. It works with what lives beneath the surface: the patterns, contractions, and stories the body holds long after the mind has moved on.

Sessions are available in-person in Amagansett, NY and remotely.
