My work is about remembering what has always been whole.
I'm an energy medicine practitioner, ceremonial space holder, and artist with over three decades of experience supporting people in coming home to themselves.
My background spans craniosacral therapy, shamanic healing, inner child work, soul retrieval, and somatic practice, including six years apprenticing in the indigenous tradition of Ancient Lomi Lomi.
In our sessions, I create a space where the nervous system can soften, the soul can be heard, and old patterns that no longer serve you can gently release their grip. Through deep listening and intuitive guidance, I support you in recovering lost parts of yourself and reconnecting with your own inner knowing.
Some people come to me feeling disconnected, depleted, or quietly lost. They leave feeling held by something larger than themselves and by their own heart.
My ceramic work grows from the same root as my healing practice. The ceremonial objects I make are collaborations with spirit, transmissions from the archetypes that move through all of my work. Healing and art have never been separate for me.
I work with clients 1:1 and in group settings in Amagansett, NY and remotely.
