Something in you remembers.

Maybe it's been quiet for a long time, buried under years of doing, achieving, surviving. Maybe you've tried many paths and still feel like a part of you is missing. This work is for that part.

I'm an energy medicine practitioner, ceremonial space holder, and artist with over three decades of experience supporting people in coming home to themselves. My work is not about fixing what's broken. It's about remembering what has always been whole.

In our sessions, I create a space where the nervous system can soften, the soul can be heard, and old patterns that no longer serve you can gently release their grip. Through deep listening, intuitive guidance, and time-honored healing traditions, including shamanic practice rooted in indigenous lineage, I support you in recovering lost parts of yourself and reconnecting with your own inner knowing.

People come to me feeling disconnected, depleted, or quietly lost. They leave with a felt sense of being held, by Spirit and by their own heart.

My ceramic work grows from the same root as my healing practice. The flowers, feathers, ferns, snakes and ceremonial objects I make in clay are collaborations with spirit, transmissions from the archetypes and plant medicines that move through all of my work. Healing and art have never been separate for me.

My background spans craniosacral therapy, shamanic healing, inner child work, soul retrieval, somatic practice, and six years apprenticing in the indigenous tradition of Ancient Lomi Lomi. I hold an undergraduate degree in Visual Art from Columbia University and am licensed to practice bodywork in New York.

I work with clients 1:1 and in group settings.

If something in you is ready to come home, I'd love to walk that path with you.
