I am an energy medicine practitioner and ceremonial space holder devoted to helping others reconnect with their innate wholeness. With a background in craniosacral therapy, energy medicine, and shamanic healing, I create safe and sacred containers for clients to release old patterns, recover lost parts of themselves, and come home to the truth of who they are.
My practice is rooted in compassionate witnessing, nervous system attunement, and intuitive guidance. Through gentle presence, deep listening, and shamanic journeying, I support each person in meeting their own soul with love. I specialize in inner child healing, soul retrieval, and the subtle art of remembering what has always been within.
A lifelong student of Spirit, I bring over three decades of experience to my work, including six years apprenticing in the indigenous practice of Ancient Lomi Lomi and advanced training in shamanic healing. I weave ancestral wisdom, somatic practices, and energy activations into a fluid and responsive approach that honors each client’s unique path.
I work one-on-one and in group settings to help others reclaim their vitality and inner guidance.
My work is ultimately about returning to the felt sense of being held—by Spirit, and by one’s own heart.
I have an undergraduate degree in Visual Art from Columbia University and am licensed to practice bodywork in New York.
