My work is about remembering what has always been whole.
I'm an energy medicine practitioner, ceremonial space holder, and artist with over three decades of experience supporting people in coming home to themselves.
My background spans craniosacral therapy, shamanic healing, soul retrieval, and an embodied approach to healing, including six years apprenticing in the indigenous tradition of Ancient Lomi Lomi.
In our sessions, I create space for the body to settle, to soul to be heard, and what is ready to be met to come into awareness. Through deep listening and intuitive guidance, I support you in reconnecting with your own inner knowing and with parts of yourself that may have felt distant or forgotten.
Some people come to me feeling disconnected, depleted, or quietly lost. They leave feeling held by something larger than themselves and by their own heart.
My ceramic work grows from the same root as my healing practice. The ceremonial objects I make are collaborations with spirit, transmissions from the archetypes that move through all of my work. Healing and art have never been separate for me.
I work with clients 1:1 and in group settings in Amagansett, NY and remotely.
