My work is a living conversation between your body, your energy, and your soul. Each session is different, because you are different each time you arrive. What stays constant is the quality of presence I bring, and the deep listening that guides us.

In a session we might work with the subtle rhythms of the body, travel inward through shamanic journeying, clear energetic patterns that have been running quietly in the background, or simply create space for a part of you to finally be heard. Often the most profound shifts happen in the places we least expect.

Sessions are available in-person in Amagansett, NY and remotely.
